Poland's largest and fastest running event is returning to the streets of the capital city of Warsaw on 23 April 2017. As in four previous years, runners will choose between the marathon distance of 42.195 km and 10 km. A family charity run will traditionally take place on the eve of the main run.

The National Running Festival has become a hallmark event in the runners' diary in Poland. An impressive 130,000 contestants have taken part in all editions and distances of the ORLEN Warsaw Marathon to date providing the best possible recommendation for the next year's event. Runners will choose the distance that best reflects their capabilities. The traditional marathon will be accompanied by a 10 km race. The registration will begin in November. The participation fee rates will be announced soon.

Moreover, the ORLEN Warsaw Marathon is included in the calendar of the Association of International Marathons and Distance Races. The event will also host the 87th Polish Men Marathon Championship.
